Welcome to Pure Nature Munich! Holiday Homes near Munich

Our Mission.

With Pure Nature Munich, we aim to offer high-quality, timelessly designed holiday homes in the Munich area (Upper Bavaria) on spacious plots set in a natural environment. The houses feature large gardens with multiple terraces and plenty of seating. Swimming opportunities are nearby, and the surrounding nature invites you to hike and relax.

Our houses are not new builds: they date from 1956 and 1965. We have carefully modernized them rather than rebuilding, in order to reduce costs and minimize the environmental impact of new construction. At the same time, they are equipped with modern technology wherever possible. For example, both houses feature a full-area photovoltaic system producing almost 12 kWp of electricity.

For Large Families, Groups, and Companies

Our holiday homes are perfect for large families, groups, and corporate retreats. You can host off-site meetings, weddings, and other celebrations or events with us.

North and South of Munich

We offer two holiday homes:

  • Pure Nature Munich - Amper Meadows, about 35 km northeast of Munich, located in Haag an der Amper between Moosburg and Freising, north of Munich Airport. The town is known for its large beer garden with several thousand seats. It lies in the Amper Valley, which features a beautiful swimming lake and is a protected area under the European Flora-Fauna-Habitat (FFH) directive. Hiking, canoeing, and swimming are possible here. Not on the main tourist routes, which adds to its charm.
  • Pure Nature Munich - Alps, about 50 km southeast of Munich, in the region of Fischbachau/Schliersee/Tegernsee.

The proximity to Munich allows you to combine the cultural highlights of the city with the attractions of the surrounding region. Nearby are the Alps and their lakes (TegernseeStarnberger SeeAmmersee, Schliersee, Chiemsee), the tertiary hill country, the Amper meadows (FFH area), the Isar meadows along the Isar high bank near Hangenham, and the cities of Freising, Landshut (famous for the Landshut Wedding of 1475 – every four years), Ingolstadt, Regensburg, and Nuremberg.

Amenities, Interior Design and Photography

The kitchens are equipped with large pots and tableware suitable for groups of up to approximately 20 people (more on request). Dishwashers, microwaves, ovens with pyrolytic self-cleaninginduction cooktops, and large fridge-freezer combinations are available. Each garden features a large stainless steel column grill. Both indoors and outdoors, there are large tables with plenty of seating.

Guests can enjoy large screens and projectors (HD and 4K), equipped with Fire TV 4K sticks, making it easy to enjoy media together.

For lovers of classic interior design, our houses feature carefully selected design icons, including the Egg Chair by Arne Jacobsen (Fritz Hansen), Aluminum Group chairs by Charles and Ray Eames (Herman Miller/Vitra), the PK61 coffee table and PK22 armchair by Poul Kjærholm (Fritz Hansen), as well as the lesser-known Metal Frame Armchair by George Nelson (Herman Miller).

On the walls, guests will find photographs from the region, presented in Halbe frames with gallery rails and illuminated by ERCO track systems with SLV spotlights. These photographs are intended to inspire guests and highlight what there is to discover in the surrounding area. The photographs are also available for purchase.
