ABOUT THE HOUSE
Holiday home in Haag an der Amper, located in the Amper meadows, close to the Amper River, Haager swimming lake, and beer garden.
On a beautiful and quiet plot (approx. 1,200 sqm), you will find
a modernized house with many amenities:
– Veranda
– Multiple terraces
– Projector with 2x2m screen
– High-speed WiFi
– 4 bedrooms, each with 3–5 sleeping spaces (2 rooms with teak double beds, 180cm wide; 2 rooms with double beds 140cm + extra beds)
– Hot Tub (wood-heated in winter, use from 8am–10pm)
– 2 charging stations for e-cars (use by phone arrangement)
The house is located in close proximity to the beautiful Amper meadows along the Amper River. The Haager pond is about 500m away and invites you to swim in summer or ice-skate in winter. From
Hangenham/Marzling (approx. 5km away), you can enjoy views over the Isar meadows to the Alps. Here you can take beautiful hikes, as described on Komoot or Bergfex. Even right at the house, you can experience pure nature – truly "Pure
Nature"!
In the village, there is a large beer garden (said to be the largest outside Munich), the "Schlossallee" with approx. 3,000 seats, the "Dorfladen Haag" with a wide range of products,
"Getränkemarkt Huber", and "Tom's Bakery" (my recommendation: the "Kir Royal" cake).
The house and especially the garden are ideal for families and celebrations. Please contact us. We have enough dishes, tables & chairs, and a party tent (8x4m) available for rent at €200.
