ABOUT THE HOUSE

Holiday home in Fischbachau in the Leitzach Valley, featuring a private gravel beach and a sauna by the stream, approximately 15 minutes by car from Tegernsee and Schliersee.

On a large plot at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, you will find a modernized house with many amenities:

– 5 large bedrooms, each with 4–6 sleeping spaces: each room has a large double bed and 1–2 sofa beds (140 cm wide). Additional mattresses are available. The 5th bedroom can be used by arrangement, additional one-time fee €50.

– Panoramic sliding door, 7.3 m wide

– Ground floor barrier-free, with toilet and bathroom; second bathroom on the upper floor

– Large terraces all around the house, barrier-free

– Beach by the stream, 130-year-old maple tree

– 4K projector with 2x3 m screen, Fire TV Stick for streaming from Apple, Windows, and Android devices

– High-speed WiFi

– Outdoor sauna (use from 8am–10pm, for a fee)

– 2 charging stations for e-cars (use by phone arrangement)

The house and garden are ideal for large families and celebrations. Please contact us. We have plenty of dishes, tables, chairs, etc.

Many visitors hardly want to leave the house and garden. Still, there is much to see in the area: the mountains reaching over 1700 m above sea level, the lakes Spitzingsee, Tegernsee, and Schliersee. Also, the famous Café Winklstüberl – said to have inspired Udo Jürgens’ famous song "Aber bitte mit Sahne!"

Activities: Hiking, swimming, sailing, horseback riding, mountain biking, paragliding, gliding, and in winter: skiing, ice skating, cross-country skiing, and much more.
