House Rules

The following house rules have been written for emergencies. They regulate the rights of the contracting parties. We assume that the vast majority of groups behave properly and will not be affected by these rules. However, every group has a responsible person (the renter) who is ultimately accountable to us.

Yes, the holiday homes are suitable for large groups. However, to protect our neighbors, the outdoor areas must not be used in groups after 10:00 PM, and quiet hours must be observed. Inside the house, there is enough space to stay comfortably.

Alternatively, after 10:00 PM, groups can use the swimming lake in Haag an der Amper or another natural spot in Wörnsmühl/Fischbachau (Leitzach, possibly the outdoor pool). Please return quietly to the house as a group.

Please treat the furniture and house with care. Some of the furnishings are very high quality. For example, the chairs by Ray and Charles Eames are worth over €1,000 each, and the Egg Chair costs approximately €10,000. Any damages visible upon arrival should be reported at the start of your stay.

– Excessive drinking is prohibited; groups with intoxicated individuals behaving inappropriately may be asked to leave the property (without refund).
– Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Staying outside on the property during this time is prohibited for groups (neighbor protection; €500 fine for disturbances). Violation may also result in the group being asked to leave the property within 2 hours (without refund).
– No smoking inside the house; smoking is allowed outside. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the trash and not thrown on the ground.
– Waste separation is mandatory according to the instructions in the kitchen and the rules of the German Recycling Act (KWG) (or take the trash with you).
– House and garden must be left in the condition they were found.
– The house must be swept clean, and the kitchen cleaned.
– House rules must be signed at least 3 weeks before arrival and sent to the host together with a list of participants (according to the Federal Registration Act (BMG), including phone numbers).

A security deposit of €1,000 is due no later than 8 days before arrival. It will be refunded within 2 weeks after departure.
