– Booking fee (one-time): €200
– €32 per person per night (minimum 8 persons)
– Additional charge on Fridays & Saturdays: €400 each
– Single-night surcharge: €200 (only possible on weekdays)
– 5th room available by arrangement for a one-time fee of €50
– Sauna: €40 per use (up to 4 hours, only between 8:00–22:00)
– Tourist tax: €2 per person per night
– Dog: €10 per night
– Summer surcharge (1 July – 31 August): 20%
For the minimum number of 8 guests, the costs would be:
€256 for 8 people per night,
One-time €200 (booking fee, bed linen change)
Additional €400 per night on Fridays or Saturdays
Single-night surcharge: €100
Thus: Total for one night €556, on weekends €956, further nights during the week €256, and on weekends €656.
The house is available from 18:00 to 10:00. Early check-in or late check-out is charged at €25 per hour – subject to prior arrangement and availability. During this time, some work may still be carried out in the house (parallel check-in/out), but we aim to disturb guests as little as possible. Common areas such as kitchen, toilets, living and dining rooms will be prepared first. At check-out, please vacate the bedrooms by the regular check-out time so we can begin work there. You can still have breakfast in peace. If you want to check in more than 4 hours early, please book additional days.
The booking fee includes bed linen changes. Bed linen, towels, and basics such as toilet paper, shower gel, salt, pepper, sugar, and usually coffee/tea, oil, etc., are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, thermo-filter coffee machine, espresso machine, milk frother, microwave, and a modern fridge with freezer compartment.
The house should be left in the condition it was found: swept clean and the kitchen cleaned.
Quiet hours from 22:00 to 7:00 must be strictly observed outside the house to avoid disturbing neighbors. Therefore, groups may not use the outdoor areas after 22:00. A corresponding house rules agreement must be signed at least one week before arrival.
Please consider taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Cancellations are only possible if rental is impossible on the part of the landlord, or if timely release of the booking allows for re-rental. Refunds are made to the extent of re-rental.
